NetCare Rapid

The same level of service as NetCare Remote, but also includes guaranteed on site response time when necessary. Century provide a 4 working hour on site response for servers or infrastructure equipment and an 8 working hour response for remaining equipment. Once on site, parts and labour are chargeable. Parts are charged at market cost and labour at our standard hourly rate. All on-site activity is recorded and a report is produced. Clients are provided with a copy which gives a detailed account of time, activity and any further action required.
