NetCare Remote
Remote and telephone support for all servers, laptops and PC’s which are connected to the internet. The remote support solution does NOT require the installation of any software tools such as PCAnywhere or VNC. There is no capital investment for this service and the service will traverse any firewall, minimising any need for local re-configuration.
In order to initiate a remote support session, the client simply visits the Century web site, clicks on ‘Remote Support’, enters their name & their company and confirms their intention to receive remote support. Within less than a minute, the Helpdesk will have full remote control of the server, PC or laptop allowing the Helpdesk to resolve software issues remotely. At no time can the Helpdesk connect to any device unless the client authorises the connection. Once the Helpdesk or the end user has terminated the connection, it can only be re-established through the same process. 97% of all software fault calls are resolved remotely the same day.
The Helpdesk is operated from 8.30am to 5.30pm weekdays by mature and experienced engineers.
