NetCare Resteasy
The NetCare Resteasy support plan offers all of the benefits of NetCare Remote and NetCare Rapid, plus on site labour and parts all included (excluding printers – standard maintenance terms and conditions apply). The principle behind this service level is that all problems are taken care of by Century and the clients receive few or no miscellaneous charges for support related work. The plan includes unlimited labour and a repair or replace policy on equipment. The support plan can be upgraded to include 24/7 support.

- All of your Ethernet switches, UPS, firewalls, backups and servers are covered
