Any organisation that collects and dispose of unwanted IT equipment must have a Waste Carriers License issued by the Environment Agency.

Century is licensed to carry and dispose of electrical or electronic equipment waste under the UK WEEE regulations. We collect life expired, damaged and obsolete IT equipment, we erase all stored data and dispose of the equipment via approved environmental methods. As licensed carriers we will ensure that you meet all your duty of care, UK and EU legislative obligations relating to electrical electronic equipment and data storage disposal.

There are many ways in which the lifecycle of equipment can be extended. Often, we are able to advise our customers that equipment may be refurbished or upgraded cost effectively.
